Michael Biehn (born Tuesday, July 31, 1956) is an American actor who starred in several movies including The Terminator (1984) as well as Aliens (1986), The Abyss (1989), Tombstone (1993), and The Rock (1996). He also played Officer Randall Buttman on Hill Street Blues.
He was also in The Art of War with Wesley Snipes, playing his evil opponent.
Biehn is obviously an actor of excellent calibre, and, for someone with so many acclaimed movies under his belt, is often questioned why he does not participate in acting more frequently and in larger roles. Biehn has commented that he would rather focus on family affairs ((such as his wife, Gina, and his four sons)) rather than be too tied up with acting. Recently he is noted to participate a wide array of acting jobs, from big movies such as The Art of War and Clockstoppers to video games like , as well as television shows and independent movies, such as Havoc.
