His first magazine cover was for “Harpers Bazaar” in 1991, and he later has modelled for Gianni Versace, Donna Karan, Ungaro and Calvin Klein, earning him a reputation for being the world’s most beautiful man, as well as making him the world’s highest paid male model.He has appeared in numerous fashion shows as well as in magazines like Vogue Italia and Elle.In May 1992 Marcus Schenkenberg was named one of People magazines 50 Most Beautiful People in the World.
