Larry King: Other Larry Kings
Larry King was also the name of the title character on the CBC television series King of Kensington, played by Al Waxman.
Lawrence "Larry" King ran the Franklin Community Credit Union of Omaha, Nebraska and was a prominent fundraiser for the GOP before pleading guilty to embezzlement. He was the ring leader for one of the largest, and still little known, child sex rings involving youth from Boys Town. He also organized child sex parties at the White House during the 1980s. A documentary, The Conspiracy of Silence, detailing all of the facts was produced. It was banned by congresional manipulation from ever airing on television. A copy of the tape was sent anonymously to Nebraska Attorney John DeCamp one year after all copies were supposedly destroyed. The movie can be found on various file sharing programs such as BitTorrent. The case has never been fully brought to justice.
