Julian Rhind-Tutt (born July 20, 1968) is a British film and television actor.
He was one of the stars of Channel 4 comedy Green Wing, playing doctor 'Mac' Macartney.
He also played the Duke of York in The Madness of King George and has had guest appearances in Absolutely Fabulous and Black Books.
