Jason David Frank (September 4, 1973 - ) is an actor most noted for playing Thomas Oliver, the Green and WhitePower Ranger on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Zeo Ranger 5 Red on Power Rangers Zeo, and the Black Ranger on Power Rangers Dino Thunder. He was born in Los Angeles.
Jason David Frank portrayed Tommy Oliver as the Green Ranger from 1993-1994, the White Ranger from 1994-1996, the Red Zeo Ranger from 1996-1997, and the Red Turbo Ranger in 1997 after which he was replaced by Theodore Jay Jarvis Johnson and reappearing as the Red Zeo Ranger in Forever Red in Wildforce (2002) with 9 other Red Rangers to destroy the Machine Empire's generals once and for all. Two years later he becomes a teacher at Reefside High School where he once again takes the power of a Ranger as the black Dinothunder Ranger leading a soccer player (Conner) a musician (Kira) and a computer geek (Ethan) to become Power Rangers.
