Hilary Duff: Early career
Duff was born in Houston, Texas, and started her career at the age of six in the Nutcracker Suite with Columbus Ballet Met in San Antonio with her older sister, ballet dancer

Casper Meets Wendy as the young witch Wendy with the animated character Casper the Friendly Ghost. She later appeared as Ellie in the TV movie
The Soul Collector in 1999, winning a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Movie or Pilot (Supporting Young Actress).

Hilary Duff was spotted in chic blue pumps, rolled up skinny jeans and a simple white tank on July 3rd. Hilary and her mom Susan were at the California Animal Hospital in Los Angeles. Reports have it that Hilary took one of her dogs into the vet.
