I'm 22 and I'm a student (MBA). I'm male and I'm straight.
hey, look, there are options to rent $800 hole with not-your-kind roommates.
or to rent a $1500 studio and bring a new GF from sofasurfers.com there each evening. (an amazing trend)
But I see another option: a 3-4 rooms place for $2800-4000, which:
-is a private house
-has that kind of SF views, which make your day when u drink coffee in the morning
-has a parking space (1 or 2)
-has a large comfy living room, where we can watch movies, discuss whatever, bring our friends, dance on Sunday 6-00 am
-has hardwood floors
-is beautiful!
-welcomes your boy/girlfriends
-doesn't oblige you to be formal
-is 420 welcoming
-is for people who are 20-28 yo, working hard keeping in mind their future CEO status (or already in it). not only yuppie, but students too
-for the ones who bring a party home in case it's a good party
-is for people who know who David Lynch is
-for meditative people
