Cara Dillon is a folk singer from Dungiven in Northern Ireland. Formerly a member of UK folk-rock group Equation (where she replaced Kate Rusby) she now performs in a duo with her husband Sam Lakeman.
In 2002 Cara won two awards (the
Horizon Award and the award for Best Traditional Track) at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
