Amber Rose Tamblyn (born May 14, 1983 in Santa Monica, California) plays the title character on the CBS series Joan of Arcadia.
At age 10 she played Pippi Longstocking at the Santa Monica Alternative School House where an agent spotted her. She then went on to play Emily Bowen Quartermaine for six years on the soap opera General Hospital (1995-2001).
