Spacious Master Bedroom in a 2BR/2BA Apartment (albany / el cerrito) $950

I'm looking for someone (preferably a female, or a couple) to share my 2BR/2BA apartment with. The master bedroom is very spacious and has its own connected bathroom and 3 closets - enough space for 2 people. The shared common areas are the living room, dining room, kitchen and walk-in space. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, electric stove top + oven, and a deep two-section sink. The apartment complex has washers & dryers, an in-house gym/sauna/jacuzzi, outdoor heated swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. It is a safe gated community located 5 minutes from the El Cerrito BART station. We would share a parking spot in the garage and there is plenty of parking available on the street. I consider myself to be friendly, responsible, clean and organized. I am looking for someone who is similar and respectful of shared and private space. I want someone who is responsible for paying rent on time and generally quiet and respectful of our neighbors. Rent for 2 people would be $1050 total.
