Very large three story former fraternity house, with hardwood floors. All utilities are paid for, except for Internet and cable (which can be provided by Comcast). A large kitchen, laundry room, and living room are shared among the other tenants in the building, and there are three large restrooms as well (each containing four showers, two stalls, and three sinks). The house's tenants are mostly UC students (about half boys half girls), and the neighboring houses are fraternity and sorority houses. The location is also excellent, it's very close to UC Berkeley and many stores. Our former frat house is very similar to a dorm (without RAs) or a co-op (without choirs). All of our rooms are primarily singles, but they could be doubles or triples (if you really want them to be). We are currently conducting open house tours on Tuesday, (August 18th 2008) from 5-5:30PM, so feel free to stop by and see the place.
